Head of Project Management for our Brighton, MI site. Requires a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical project management or equivalent experience. Must have a thorough understanding of drug development process. Must demonstrate understanding of drug development and portfolio decision making including ability to apply these to overall strategic drug development, as well as demonstrated leadership ability in team/department settings.
Will be responsible for the leading cross-disciplinary development teams and ensuring that critical path items for all projects are clearly outlined. Accountable for the development of new drugs (strategy, resourcing, activity planning and tracking) through the leadership of cross-functional development teams, go ahead. Will design and direct several process improvement initiatives including drug development and governance processes, project management operations and team building skills.

Business Development Manager to be based in the Boston area. This position will be responsible for developing business relationships with new and existing clients for our drug discovery and development services which include medicinal chemistry, structural biology, process chemistry, cGMP manufacturing, pre-clinical development, and formulation development. A degree in the life sciences or physical sciences is required, preferably with a Ph.D. Research experience and/or business development experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company is preferred, though not essential. Research Associates - Medicinal Chemistry: Research associates with a BS or MS in organic chemistry are needed for our growing medicinal chemistry division. Associates will be responsible for the synthesis and purification of small molecule analogues of lead compounds. The ability to interpret spectroscopic data is essential.
